Trademark application

The trademark objection system refers to the system in which a natural person, legal person or other organization raises different opinions on the trademark which has been preliminarily examined and approved by the Trademark Office and published by the Trademark Office within the statutory time limit, and requests the Trademark Office to cancel the preliminary examination and approval of the trademark, and the Trademark Office shall make a ruling according to law. The objector is the objector, the applicant for trademark registration is the objected, and the trademark preliminarily approved is the objected trademark. The objection procedure is an important part of the trademark registration procedure. It makes the trademark registration procedure open and is beneficial to the supervision of the prior obligee (including the prior registered trademark obligee) and the public.
